Initial Phone Consultation (15minutes): FREE

Initial Intake Assessment (90 minutes): $225

Individual, Couples, & Family Psychotherapy Sessions (55 minutes): $150

Individual, Couples, & Family Psychotherapy Sessions (90 minutes): $225

Payment Methods

  • Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Check, Credit Card or Health Spending Account
  • Payment is collected at the beginning of each session.

INSURANCE

Revive and Renew Counseling is a not an in-network provider for any insurance companies. A “superbill” will be provided at your request for out-of-network reimbursement based on your policy.

Prior to beginning therapy, it is recommended to check with your health insurance company to determine if you have out-of-network coverage.  In addition to being reimbursed for services provided, you may be able to use a health savings, flex spending, or other similar types of accounts to cover the cost of treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or make changes to a scheduled appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time via phone (leave a message if I do not answer) or e-mail. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for payment of the full session fee.

To gain maximum benefit from treatment, consistent active participation in therapy sessions is vital. Your therapy session slot is held especially for you and we will work together to reach your goals.
